Machining process

The machining process is defined by the sequence of operations in the process list. It is easy to create it by the machining manager. The items in the process list can be easily moved or copied by the Windows© system "drag and drop" operations. Any part of the process can be temporarily deactivated.

Individual operations are created by the special graphic editor. The user works with the schematic view of an operation. The two-dimensional simulation of the wire movement can be switched on any time. In addition, the 3D simulation of the wire movement can be chosen for any operation as well as for the whole machining.

There are 2D and 4D contouring operations and pocketing.

Different taper definitions:

  •   There are three types of the constant taper bodies which can be machined from the plane curve. There are bodies with conic corners, ISO corners and inclined bodies.

Collar cutting possibilities:

  •   For collar cutting, the specialized operation allowing, in a simple way, to define a shape of the collar without creating additional reference planes is now at disposal. The result is the complete machining of the collar.

Slant holes cutting:

  •   The contouring and the pocketing of the slanting holes can be created by the shapes defined in the generic plane. The slant of the hole is set by the slant of the plane and can be changed any time.
